Hello Again. It’s
been over four years since I started with Pflueger Acura, I started these
newsletters shortly after I began my career in the automobile business.
Over the last four and a half years I've helped hundreds of clients with
their transportation needs. I have taken a good deal of satisfaction from
what I’ve done, and have always striven to create a comfortable
environment for all my clients. I’ve created my own web page to share
the “e-versions” of these newsletters with anyone who wants to read
them. One visitor to the page commented that I must be quite a “car nut”
to go through all the work and expense to make a web page! I’d say he
hit the nail on the head! I’ve always been an auto enthusiast, and
probably always will.
So back to the question at
hand, who is www.hondahawaii.com? Simply put, it is who I work for
now. We are a new division of Pflueger Automobiles dedicated only to
Internet sales. We will handle all the leads generated from our web page
for both our Acura and Honda stores. This does not mean I’m leaving all
of you behind. I wouldn’t have taken this job if I had to do that! In
fact, I’m in a better position to assist you than ever before.
Hondahawaii.com is unique
within the Pflueger organization, once we're fully setup I'll be able to
help you throughout the entire transaction, no back and forth to a manager
in the glass room and no hand-off or turnover to a finance manager. One
person from beginning to end. This is to insure your total satisfaction
before, during and after the sale (remember those all important New Owner
Surveys)
One of the enhanced
services we offer is the ability to provide test drives at your home or
place of business. When you're ready, we'll even deliver your new car to
you! Imagine, your next car could be purchased without ever setting foot
in the dealership!
I now need to stress that
our department works only by appointment. This is especially important
since my office is now at our Pflueger Honda store at 777 Ala Moana Blvd.

regular office hours, and because I’m always going back and forth
